C.O.R.E. PROGRAM OUTLINE
THE V-FORCE SFC CORE PROGRAM ARE BROKEN UP
INTO (3) 12 WEEK TRAINING CYCLES - THESE CYCLES ARE RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE
LOOKING FOR A SOLID PROGRAM OF SELF DEFENSE COMBATIVES. THE MOVES ARE VERY BASIC
BUT VERY DEVASTATING. WE WILL NOT TEACH YOU MOVES THAT DO NOT WORK ON THE
STREET.
SECTION 1 - STRIKES -
WHICH INCLUDE VARIOUS, PALM STRIKES, ELBOWS, PUNCHING, VITAL TARGETING, FIST
SUIT APPLICATION
SECTION 2- KICKS & KNEES -
WHICH WILL INCLUDE STOP KICKS, POWER KICKS AND KNEES, STOMPING and THE FIST SUIT
APPLICATION
SECTION 3-
MULTIPLE ATTACKERS, SCENARIO ATTACKS and DEFENSE, BASIC KNIFE & GUN DEFENSE AND
REACTION with FIST SUIT APPLICATION. |
